Persons who wish to apply and qualify to reside in the property must be a minimum of 50 years of age.
Maximum of 2 persons sharing will be permitted.
In addition to a Rental Application to be completed and with supporting documents submitted to the property practitioner for assessment, persons will be required to:
submit a medical report completed by an accredited medical practitioner in compliance with Medwell standards for health assessment, prior to final approval of rental application.
